Returns & Exchange
We can accept returns or exchanges if the item is still in brand new condition, this will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the item, exchange or refund can be arranged.
Shipping
Orders will usually ship within 7-10 business days.
All orders that include free shipping will be sent via An Post standard post which is untracked. If you would like to upgrade to tracked postage, please do so at time of purchase.
Worldwide shipping is now available. You may be required to pay additional import duty or VAT upon receipt of your order. This will depend on the destination country and is not included in the shipping costs.

Product Care
Store in a clean, dry place. Avoid contact with oils, creams, perfumes etc. Do not wear while swimming or showering.
Polymer clay is sturdy and flexible. But like every piece of art it needs TLC to keep it sparkling and living life to the fullest.
We wear every design we create to ensure they stand up to ordinary wear and tear, i.e. on school runs, being pulled at by our three year old son, falling asleep on the sofa at the end of day while still wearing a pair of our favourite cut outs. And, even though we have found pairs of earrings clinging to the bottom of our backpack two weeks after wearing them - we wouldn't recommend this type of neglect.
Please bear in mind the handmade nature of the pieces, slight variations may occur.
Hardware
All earring hooks, posts, backs, and chains are quality sterling silver to ensure longevity. Every piece is lightweight and easy to wear, making this jewellery is as kind as possible to your skin and ears.
Sustainability
All packaging is as eco-friendly as we can make it, and recycled or recyclable where possible.
